- Non Disclosures /Contracts: {We welcome your NDA's with conditions} Therapist typically do not require NDA's for their practice however we do require a signed waiver. In situations where a professional athlete, entertainment, musician celebrity or the likes hire us for travel for the purpose of our services, this usually accompanies a non disclosure agreement & contract to be agreed upon and signed. Rest assured we uphold the highest standards in Massage Therapy for confidentiality, and discretion.
- First Time Clients /Referrals /Rewards: Our policy is to give you a $10 credit for your first time that can be used at time of your session or saved for rewards. We love referrals and for every client who schedules, pays and mentions you referred them, we will reward you with $10 towards any of our services. Saving each referral reward can add up for free massage session, hot stone, aroma-therapy upgrades or even a Gift Card to your someone special.
- Tranquil Environment: Our goal is to maintain a quiet, safe, relaxing and tranquil environment to serve you and make your experience one to remember. Your privacy matters as well as your comfort. If we can accommodate you in anyway, please do not hesitate to ask concerning emergencies. However cell phones must be completely off, no recording to social media, via video chats, on any devices, watches /bracelets or electronic monitoring is allowed, cameras and or vibrating tools of any kind are not allowed. We do understand emergencies arise once in treatment and will gladly accommodate the situation on a case by case basis. Thank you for understanding we hope that you enjoy your experience this applies for in call and out call sessions.
- Gratuities: Gratuities are not included & solely to your discretion. For your convenience an envelope will be given to you at the end of your session. Standard consideration is 20% of each service received.{Example $100 equals $20 etc.}
- Age Restrictions: Our services typically are for young adults and older however parental or guardian consent will be required for clients under 18 years of age.
- Medical Conditions: It is an essential requirement to fill out our medical history form prior to working on you and inform us of any conditions that may limit the ability a specific treatment. This includes being under a physicians care, pregnancy, recent injuries or previous surgeries, high blood pressure, allergies or recently prescribed medications.
- Out Call Available: Exclusively By Appointment Only. We will at your request arrive to your home, office or hotel to provide our services for the designated time slot of 60, 90, 120 min. When booking appointment and requesting a session it is important to note a Couples Massage requires 2 massage therapist, pricing is based on per person /therapist. Please note Out Call is a specialty designed for your ultimate stay-cations, getaways, or at home convenience & double the regular price of our standard in call services {Examples $95 for one hour Swedish Massage equals $190 per person; additional charge for time & gas allotment may be required for long distances}
- Schedule /Cancelation Policy: We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. If you need to change your appointment we ask that a 24 hour notice is given. If you arrive late your appointment will continue as scheduled less the time missed so we may accommodate our other scheduled clients.
- No Show Policy: If client continues to disregard the importance of our policy we will reserve only with a credit card and if a client is a no show we will charge a fee not greater than the amount of service scheduled on that day.
